Cookie Policy Framework

This page explains what we store on your device when you visit ondigisolutions.com, why we store it, and how to change your mind. We have tried to describe it plainly rather than hide it in legal language.

1. Nothing non-essential runs until you say yes

When you first arrive, advertising and analytics storage are switched off by default. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means Google's tags load in a restricted state and cannot read or write advertising or analytics identifiers until you accept.

If you choose Decline, that restricted state stays in place. If you accept, the tags are permitted to store the identifiers described below.

2. What we store, and why

Strictly necessary — always on

These make the site work and cannot be turned off. They are stored in your browser's local storage, not sent to anyone.

• cookieConsent — remembers your choice on this banner, so we stop asking
• theme — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode
• language and geoLangChecked — remember which language you are reading in

Advertising and analytics — only after you accept

These help us understand which adverts bring people to us, so we are not paying for advertising that does not work.

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager— which pages are visited, how long people stay, which buttons get used. Set by Google.
• Google Ads— lets us see that an advert led to an enquiry, rather than guessing.
• Advertising click identifiers(google_gclid, meta_fbclid, ms_msclkid, utm_source, last_click_platform) — if you arrive by clicking an advert, the advertising platform adds a tag to the web address. We keep that tag in your browser so that, if you later submit a form, we can tell which advert brought you. It identifies the click, not you personally.

3. Other services this site connects to

• Language detection— we make one lookup to an IP location service (ipwho.is, with ipapi.co as a backup) to guess whether to show you English, Arabic or French. It happens once, the result is remembered locally, and we do not store your IP address.
• Google Fonts— typefaces are loaded from Google so pages render correctly.
• WhatsApp— only if you choose to start a chat from one of our pages, which opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message.

4. Changing your mind

To withdraw or change consent, clear this site's data in your browser and reload the page — the banner will appear again and you can choose differently. In most browsers this is under Settings → Privacy → Cookies and site data.

Declining does not restrict the site. Every calculator, form and booking tool works exactly the same. You would simply appear to us as an untracked visitor.
