GDPR Compliance Standards
Last Updated: 25 May 2026
This page explains what personal information we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, who else can see it, and how to get it back or have it deleted. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
1. Who we are
OnDigi Solutions, 22 Wensleydale Road, Bradford, England, BD3 8NA. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. For anything relating to your data, contact info@ondigisolutions.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you type into a form, plus how you found us:
- Your name, work email address and phone number
- Your company or practice name, and website if you give one
- What you told us about your business — your goals, budget range, or the problem you want solved
- The advertising click that brought you, if you arrived from an advert
- If you book a call: the slot you chose, and your calendar invitation
We do not ask for anything we do not need, and we never ask for financial or payment details through this website.
3. Why we are allowed to hold it
Under UK GDPR we rely on two lawful bases:
- Consent— you filled in a form and ticked the box asking us to get in touch. You can withdraw this at any time.
- Legitimate interests— responding to a business enquiry you sent us, and measuring which of our adverts actually work.
4. Who else can see it
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with other agencies or pass them to several companies at once. Your information is handled by these services purely so that we can operate:
- Google Workspace — your enquiry is stored in Google Sheets, our replies go through Gmail, and calls are scheduled in Google Calendar and Google Meet
- Google Ads — if an enquiry becomes a genuine sales conversation, we tell Google that the click was worthwhile. We send the click identifier, not your name or email
- Our website host — which serves the pages you are reading
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens it is covered by the safeguards those providers have in place for international transfers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as there is a live business conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your information we will do so, and we will not keep a copy in order to contact you again later.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to do any of the following, free of charge:
- See it — we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you
- Correct it — if anything is wrong or out of date
- Delete it — we remove you from our records entirely
- Stop using it — withdraw consent, or object to us contacting you
- Take it elsewhere — receive your data in a portable format
Email info@ondigisolutions.com and we will respond within one month, as the regulations require. You never have to give a reason.
7. Cookies and tracking
Advertising and analytics tracking is switched off until you accept it. What we store and how to change your mind is set out on our Cookie Policy page.
8. If you are unhappy
Please tell us first — most things are quickly put right. If you are still not satisfied you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
